Cancellation Policy
NO CALL NO SHOW will be wasting the therapist's time and cause additional inconvenience, so please contact us 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR CANCELLATION, either through EMAIL or CALL. Please call at least 2 hours in advance for cancellation of a same day booking. LAST MINUTE NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% FEE! (ALL BUNDLE/Experience Package holders excluded) Thank you!
