NO SHOW POLICY

Please understand that no call no show will be wasting the therapist's time and cause additional inconvenience, we politely ask all our customers to commit to their appointment time, and please contact us 24 hours in advance for cancellation via email or phone, PLEASE call for cancellation at least two hours before the appointment if it is a same day booking. ANY NO SHOWS will be charged a 20% cancelation fee! (All Bundle/Experience Package holders excluded)
